Subcontracting Opportunities

Southwest Alliance subcontracts with businesses dedicated to providing asset management and marketing services to each property in our inventory. We are committed to providing opportunities for small businesses and those owned by veterans, service-disabled veterans, women, minorities, disabled and disadvantaged individuals and those located in areas where businesses have historically been under-utilized to compete for subcontracting opportunities. Excellent customer service and competitive pricing are required of all subcontractors.

Each subcontractor is carefully selected to provide services such as: home inspections, debris removal, cleaning, lawn service, minor repairs, window replacement and boarding, pest control, termite inspections, winterization, hazard removal, snow removal, emergency repairs, appraisals and property listing services.

Subcontractors must be experienced in the applicable field of service, have excellent business references, be current on local and state licenses, have adequate equipment and staff and carry the required Liability Insurance and Worker’s Compensation.
