We are dedicated to providing management and marketing services to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) single-family program in Texas and New Mexico. We recognize the value that real estate professionals offer in the marketing of properties and in assisting homebuyers through the purchasing process. All bids on HUD-owned homes must be submitted by a HUD-registered broker/agent. As a selling agent, you can earn up to a 5% non-split commission on a HUD-owned home. In addition, HUD pays closing costs up to a certain percentage of the offer price for interested buyers of HUD-owned homes. This makes the homes more affordable to buyers and selling the homes easier for you In order to place offers and sell HUD-owned properties, you must be registered with HUD and have an active Name Address Identifier (NAID) number. If you are not currently registered with HUD, please click on "Broker Certification Forms" for the appropriate documents and instructions to receive a NAID number. If you want to submit offers on HUD-owned homes, you must have an account set up on this website. Please go to "View Properties" and then go to ”My Buyer Center” and click on ”Join Now!” to set up your account. This is a quick and simple process, and when completed, you will be ready to submit offers. Other links on the sidebar give you information on how to search for and submit offers on a property, the forms to be completed, lists of closing agents and Listing Brokers and other helpful information for selling brokers/agents.
