Southwest Alliance is seeking businesses interested in performing subcontracted property management services throughout the New Mexico and Texas on government-owned single family properties. Note: All applicants must be compliant with the Davis Bacon Act. Contractors will receive work based on the competitiveness of their pricing and quality of service, and will continue to receive work based on performance. Typical services include:

Please note that the following insurance is required and proof of insurance must be submitted to be considered as a service vendor. General Liability: $1 million each occurrence; $2 million general aggregate and
$2 million Automobile Liability: $250,000/person Bodily Injury; $500,000/occurrence; $100,000 Property
Compensation: Employers Liability of $500,000 per accident/$500,000 per employee/$500,000
