Southwest Alliance of Asset Managers, LLC is a joint venture between Realty Marketing Associates and First Preston Management, Inc. Southwest Alliance has been selected by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to provide management and marketing services for HUD’s single-family program in Texas and New Mexico.
