  • 2/25/2008 - ATTN BROKERS: Today's Bid Results will be posted later this afternoon.
  • 2/11/2008 - ATTN: ALL BROKERS: Southwest Alliance will be closed on Monday, February 18, 2008 in observance of Presidents Day. Please note there is no extension of the owner-occupant bidding period. Bid results for the owner-occupant bidding period will be posted on Tuesday, February 19, 2008. All daily bids received on Friday, February 15, 2008 through Monday, February 18, 2008 will be reviewed simultaneously on Tuesday, February 19, 2008.
  • 1/14/2008 - ATTN: ALL BROKERS: Southwest Alliance will be closed on Monday, January 21, 2008 in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. Please note there is no extension of the owner-occupant bidding period. Bid results for the owner-occupant bidding period will be posted on Tuesday, January 22, 2008. All daily bids received on Friday, January 18, 2008 through Monday, January 21, 2008 will be reviewed simultaneously on Tuesday January 22, 2008.
  • 12/26/2007 - ATTN: ALL BROKERS: Instructions for NAID Certifications have been updated. HUD released a new SAMS 1111 form dated 12/2007. The most significant change is the requirement of IRS documentation form 147C, rather than IRS form W-9. Effective 1/11/2008, HUD will not accept previous versions of the SAMS 1111 form.   • 12/21/2007 - ATTN: ALL BROKERS: Southwest Alliance will be closed on Tuesday, January 1, 2008 in observance of the New Year Federal Holiday. Daily bids submitted on Monday, December 31 and Tuesday, January 1 will be reviewed simultaneously and posted on Wednesday, January 2, 2008.

  • 12/20/2007 - ATTN: ALL BROKERS: Southwest Alliance will be closed on Monday, December 24, 2007 and Tuesday, December 25, 2007 in observance of the Federal Holiday.   • 12/7/2007 - ATTN: ALL BROKERS: Effective December 15, 2007 there will be additional requirements when submitting an intent to purchase for a participant in the GNND program.   • 11/28/2007 - Effective November 30, 2007 HUD is offering a $100 Down payment initiative. The $100 down payment is for owner occupants purchasing a HUD Home with FHA financing, with full price or higher offers. This incentive is also available to owner occupant purchasers who obtain a FHA Home Repair loan (203K). It's a great time to Purchase a HUD Home with FHA financing.
    *Please note that the $500 selling broker bonus has been discontinued as of 2/13/08.
