- 6/30/2009 - ATTN: ALL BROKERS: Southwest Alliance will be closed on Friday, July 3, 2009 in observance of the Federal holiday. All daily bids received on Thursday July 2, 2009 through Sunday July 5, 2009 will be reviewed simultaneously on Monday July 6, 2009. Owner occupant bid deadlines of Thursday, July 2, 2009 will not be extended. Bids will be reviewed and posted on Monday July 6, 2009.

All daily bids received on Friday, February 13, 2009 through Monday, February 16, 2009 will be reviewed simultaneously on Tuesday February 17, 2009.
- 2/3/2009 - ATTENTION: The Southwest Alliance Addison office will be closed Tuesday, February 3rd and will open for normal business hours on Wednesday, February 4th. Contracts that were unable to be delivered on Tuesday may be delivered Wednesday morning.

Please note there is no extension of the owner-occupant bidding period. Bid results for the owner-occupant bidding period will be posted on Tuesday, January 20, 2009. All daily bids received on Friday, January 16, 2009 through Monday, January 19, 2009 will be reviewed simultaneously on Tuesday January 20, 2009.
